Fitness Tracker allows you to reach your goals by calculating your basal metabolic rate, the amount of calories your body uses a day without any activity, then it calculates your activity level based on the times tracked each day and automatically calculates your actual calorie usage throughout the day.
To track a day all you have to do is go to the track page and enter the date you are tracking, the amount of calories eaten that day, and minutes exercised that day. We will do the rest and update your plan according to your progress so far so that you can reach your goals. Your plan for the week along with stats on your progress on your profile.
